Building loyalty through personalized journey experience.

Skincare advice used to come from your grandmother. Now it comes from your phone.

‍

Olivida lives in a space where beauty meets technology. Where people want solutions that feel both scientific and personal.

‍

They've got the products. They've got the platform that gives customized recommendations. But their digital advertising? It wasn't matching the sophistication of what they'd built.

The brief

Design an experience that takes people from curious to convinced, and make every touchpoint feel helpful, not pushy.

Journey Design That Actually Flows

We mapped Olivida’s customer journey from first impression to loyal advocate. But mapping alone isn’t enough. We identified the emotional and practical needs at each stage, then designed content that meets those needs without overwhelming the experience.

‍

The insight: health-conscious beauty is a growing trend. Our journey design prioritizes education and trust-building over immediate conversion, creating a foundation for long-term customer relationships.

Personas That Drive Performance

Generic demographics create generic campaigns. We needed better.

‍

So we built detailed personas based on actual customer data: skin concerns, lifestyle factors, digital behavior. Each persona received content tailored to how they actually make decisions.

‍

Not guesses. Real patterns:

‍

• New skincare users need education. They’re overwhelmed and want guidance.

• Experienced buyers want efficiency. They know what works; just make it easy.

• Product switchers need reassurance. They’re leaving something familiar, so trust matters.

‍

Each group required a completely different approach. One message for everyone? That’s how you lose people.

‍

So we built the campaign in blocks. Three audience segments, one for each persona, each with its own hooks and calls to action. Ten product sets, matched to different skin preferences. Combined, that gave us 60 ad combinations, so every segment saw a message and a product that fit who they are and what their skin needs.

‍

We also increased brand awareness with a free skin quiz that provided personalised advice and real expertise.

Customer Experience That Converts

The journey design removed obstacles at every critical moment while keeping people genuinely engaged.

‍

Because each of the three segments saw its own combination of message and product set, the ads felt relevant instead of generic. Sixty combinations meant no one was shown an ad that was written for someone else.

‍

Customers moved from awareness to consideration to purchase because it felt natural. Not forced. Not pushy. Just logical.

‍

When the path makes sense, people follow it.

Performance That Scales

A complete customer experience framework that transforms product discovery into brand advocacy.

‍

Journey mapping that identifies opportunity moments.

‍

Persona development that drives targeted performance.

‍

Campaign strategy that grows smarter with customer data while maintaining the human connection that makes skincare personal.

And a Skin Quiz That Feeds the Segments

The skin quiz did more than give advice. It became the data source behind the segments.

‍

Every answer tells something about the person taking it: skin type, main concerns, current routine, what they are looking for. People share it willingly, because they get personal advice in return.

‍

Those answers show which of the three segments someone belongs to and which product set fits their skin. So the 60 ad combinations are not built on assumptions. They are built on what customers tell Olivida themselves.

‍

And because the quiz keeps running, the segments keep getting sharper. More answers, better matches, more relevant ads.
