We're Milkman Digital, a media production house in The Hague. We make commercials and branded content, and we run media for brands all year round, so there's almost always something in production. We've got our own studio with a cyclorama, an edit suite, and a small team that learns fast and shares everything.
The role. This is an internship, but not the coffee-run kind. From week one you're on shoots, for clients, with deadlines. You'd help shape concepts, organise shoots (locations, props, crew, planning), build call sheets, and be on set during shoot days, in the studio and on location. You'll see how a production actually comes together, from the first idea to the final delivery, working shoulder to shoulder with directors, producers and editors. If you want to get into post-production too, there's room to show what you've got. We hand you responsibility early and help you carry it.
What we're hoping for:
- MBO or HBO student in media, AV, production, communication or creative
- A real passion for video and stories that land
- Independent, organised, proactive
- 18+ (because of shoot hours)
The basics: 3 to 6 months, around 40 hours a week, in The Hague (5 minutes from Central Station), allowance negotiable, start by arrangement.
