We're Milkman Digital, a media production house and creative studio in The Hague. We build websites, digital experiences, and our own AI-driven SaaS platform: Milkman One. Design and strategy are kept in-house, so you're working directly alongside the team defining the future of brand intelligence.
The role. We need a Frontend / Product Engineer to lead the technical execution of Milkman One. You will be responsible for building out the product interface, refining user workflows, and integrating complex AI pipelines. While your primary focus is our product, you will also help support our high-end client builds, occasionally bridging the gap with Webflow for custom agency work. We care about the craft: clean architecture, snappy interactions, and AI implementations that actually work for the user.
What we need:
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router)
- Experience with AI pipelines (Vercel AI SDK, LLM integration, MCP tooling)
- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining SaaS products
- Fluent with AI coding tools (Claude Code, etc.) to move fast without losing quality
- Bonus: Deep Webflow knowledge for agency/client implementations
