We're Milkman Digital, a media production house and creative studio in The Hague. We make brands look and move like they mean it: websites, branded content, campaigns, digital experiences people actually want to spend time with. We work for DTC and B2B clients, and we build for our own brands too. On brand design sits in the middle of all of it.
The role. We're looking for a freelance brand designer with a focus on visual identity and advertising. You'd develop brand systems, advertising creatives, and social media content for clients and our own brands. Day to day that runs from initial brand concepts to high-impact assets for paid social, display ads, and physical brand experiences. We care about storytelling and performance: whether the creative stops the scroll and actually converts. You'll collaborate with our strategists and media buyers, and you'll have real say in the creative direction.
What we need:
- Around 5 years of experience in brand design and advertising
- Expertise in developing visual identities and scalable brand systems
- Proven track record in social media design and high-performance ad visuals
- Proficiency in Figma for brand workflows
- Independent, and a clear communicator
