We're Milkman Digital, a media production house and creative agency in The Hague. We help brands grow with media: commercials, branded content, always-on social, and increasingly our own AI tools. Behind the creative work there's a commercial engine, finding the right brands, understanding what they actually need, and shaping proposals that fit. That's what this internship is about.
The role. Sales here aren't about pushing. It's about spotting where a brand could be doing more online, and showing them how. You'd help look after our clients, spot opportunities with new and existing ones, research markets and leads, and help shape the media and content proposals that come out of those conversations. You'll get hands-on with the sales process itself, the CRM, the workflows, and you'll sit close enough to the creative side to understand what we're really selling. The point is for you to learn how creative work gets sold, and to help us improve this process.
Who we're hoping you are:
- MBO or HBO student in commercial economics, media, business or communication
- Genuinely interested in branding, marketing and the agency world
- Client-minded, and not afraid to take the first step
- A clear writer and communicator
- Curious about AI and creative processes
