Media Production Lead

Milkman Studios is seeking a professional to lead its production arm, offering a genuine partner opportunity for the right candidate.

Milkman Digital is a media production house based in The Hague, specializing in commercials and branded content. The agency operates its own studio, featuring a cyclorama and an edit suite, supported by a consistent pipeline of work. The current objective is to identify a lead to manage these productions to a consistently high standard.

The role

The Creative Director establishes the concepts and maintains close oversight of the work. The Media Production Lead will translate these concepts into full productions, managing everything from preparation to the final cut. This all-round role requires a strong presence behind the camera and proficiency in editing, with the ability to lead a crew or manage shoots independently. The lead will own the methodology, planning, shooting, delivery, and quality across all client and brand productions.

This role is designed for a skilled craftsperson looking to scale their impact.
