Allround Branded Content Creator

We're Milkman Digital, a media production house in The Hague. We make branded content and commercials, and we run media for brands year-round, so there's a constant stream of real stories to tell, our clients' and our own. We've got a studio with a cyclorama, the gear, and a team that documents as much as it produces.

The role

If you see a story where other people see footage, read on. This internship is two things at once. One is a documentary-style series about Milkman itself, real people, real moments, the stuff that usually happens off camera. The other is a steady stream of client work where you film, interview and edit alongside the team. You'd be in it from concept to final cut: prepping shoot days, shooting, cutting, and thinking along on formats and visual approach. Some days you'll run a small video or photo assignment on your own. You get creative freedom and real responsibility, plus the studio and gear to grow fast.

What we'd love to see

• MBO or HBO student in AV, media, storytelling, communication or creative
• A feel for image, rhythm and narrative editing
• Able to shoot solo (camera and audio), or genuinely eager to learn
• Curious, and unafraid to contribute
• DaVinci Resolve or similar is a plus
